Rules and Policies
First and last month's tuition for each class is to be paid in advance at the time of enrollment, along with a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Refunds
Students may receive a full refund for May tuition only (minus the $25.00 registration fee) during the first four weeks of classes. Beyond that time, no refunds will be issued. For payments made in full, no refunds after December 1st.
Tuition
Tuition is due the first class of each month. Payments will be accepted by cash or check. Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes. Any payment received after the 10th of the month will incur a $10.00 late charge. There will be a fee of $20.00 for any checks that are returned.
Class Size
There must be a minimum of 10 children per regular or combo class, 6 children per pre-k ballet class. If the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled and students will be asked to move into another class.
Absenteeism
If your child will be missing a class, please call before the class to let the teacher know. Students are entitled to a make-up class by appointment only. All make-up classes must be within four weeks of the missed class. Please refrain from multiple absences during recital choreography time.
*Please note, there will be no make-up classes during parent visitation week.

Techniques Dance Studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred in or around the property.
