Costume Deposits

To avoid lengthy recitals, we have added a 3rd show. Our recitals will be held at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts at C.W. Post Campus at Long Island University in Brookville, Friday, May 11, 2012 at 6:30pm and Sunday, May 20th at 10:00am & 4:00pm. Please refer to the attached sheet as to which show and/or shows your child and/or children will be performing in. If there is a conflict with siblings in different shows, please ask Miss Michele or Miss Maria only, if there is a class your child may be able to switch into before costumes are ordered. After that, no changes may be made.

There is a $60.00 deposit due for each single class that your child takes and a $65.00 deposit for each combination class. We pay for the costumes IN FULL at time of ordering, so your timely remittance is imperative.

**Exception: No deposit required for Wednesday 7:15p Advance Lyrical/Contemp II with Miss Melissa
*Company Parents: There is no deposit required for Monday Company Ballet & Company Jazz and Wednesday 8:15 Jazz. No deposit needed for ending number.

Costume deposits are due by December 10th. We ask that you please pay the deposit by separate check or cash. Please DO NOT include the costume deposit with tuition. Any costume deposit not paid by December 15th will incur a $10.00 late charge per costume. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once ordered, costumes cannot be cancelled. All students will be ordered a costume unless told otherwise. All accounts must be up-to-date by that time. We must order costumes before the holidays to insure timely delivery, so we appreciate your cooperation. You will receive a costume balance amount sometime in January.

Following is a list of which class will be performing in which show as well as the dress rehearsal date. We will advise you of the rehearsal time in the near future. If any one has any questions, please ask either Miss Michele or Miss Maria. Desk people do not make the recital schedule so they may not be able to answer your concerns. As we get closer to rehearsal time, you will know if your child is in Act I or II.

**If your class says "BOTH", please check the board as to which show your child is in.
